Obituary for Walter E. "Wally" Kustra
BARRE-Walter E (Wally) Kustra - passed away unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday,September 20,2016.
A longtime resident of the area, he was an avid Celtics and Red Sox fan. Among survivors he leaves his best friend and wife of forty years, Cynthia (DeLisle); daughter Kristin McLean & her husband Douglas; his beloved grandchildren, Elizibeth, Burch & Cole; his mother, Marilyn Stevens of Barre; 2 brothers Richard of Worcester and Duane of Virginia Beach,VA.; a sister Lynn Stevens Day of Barre as well as many other loved ones.
Wally was born on 9/18/1956 in Ware MA, attended Worcester Boys Trade HS and graduated from Quabbin Regional In Barre. He worked as a Service Manager for several local oil companies until retiring in 2008.
Wally loved brewing beer, motorcycles and spending time with family, many friends and his dog, Riley; who will miss him dearly.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Thursday, September 29,2016 at 2:00PM in Glen Valley Cemetery. All are invited to gather at the Stone Cow Brewery West St. in Barre following services. Pillsbury Funeral Home 96 S.Barre Rd. Barre is directing arrangements. Please visit: Pillsburyfuneralhome.com
